Amblin'

The Autumn Ambles are coming up on the 27th and 28th September. They are free, volunteer led walks on each of the 6 strategic walk routes across London. The event is organised by Walk London who are funded by TfL’s walking team to deliver the strategic walk network.
There are 3 walks passing through Harrow. For more details visit this website and select 'Harrow' as the borough.

I went on this last year and it wasn't very good or very well organized.

I'm a member of a local walking group and they seem to be excellent. I'm not too keen on these London-wide ones either, they seem to be more about ticking boxes than about the objective.
