Public Realm are launching a scheme in which the first 1000 residents to call the council will have a choice of 12 native tree species, which will be delivered to them free of charge. The trees are 2-3 years old and typically no more than 1 metre tall. Residents can choose from field maple, birch, hawthorn, larch, crab apple, pine, cherry plum, bird cherry, wild cherry, blackthorn, whitebeam and mountain ash. The council will supply one tree per household initially, but can supply more if there is a surplus. It is easy to apply for the free trees, residents can just e-mail their details to Freetrees@harrow.gov.uk and their selected species will be delivered, with planting instructions.

I don't understand, if I order a tree does it get planeted for me ro do I have to do everything, even plant the tree?
I think you order it and receieve it and they plant it for you, but it has to be on your property.
