Residents' parking permits for CPZs in Harrow are free for the "environmentally friendly" vehicles listed below.
"Environmentally friendly vehicle" means a vehicle propelled by:-
(i) electricity;
(ii) compressed natural gas or methane gas;
(iii) liquefied petroleum gas (L.P.G);
(iv) hydrogen;
(v) methanol;
(vi) ethanol;
(vii) hybrid vehicles using a combination of petrol or diesel with electricity
or (L.P.G); or,
(viii) fuel cells combining hydrogen and oxygen electrochemically to produce electricity and water.
So, seems like it! For clarification, talk to your Councillor ;)
The Tesla? It's got a waiting list that means you won't get one until 2010 so good luck.
