Disney's Electric Car

We teamed up with Disney for Earth Day earlier this year and have been watching, humming and singing along to this song which is part of a larger initiative to encourage greener living to young children. Their Playing for the Planet campaign was excellent last year and this year they've achieved the impossible by topping it. Without further do, we proudly present to you 'Electric Car'...

What a surreal video, it's amazing, it must have cost a bomb. Excellent for kids though.

This tune is insane and what a message, it really shows how the electric car can make the world a better place, LOVE IT! Can't say I can see an electric car going under the sea though!

Infectious, bold and educationally entertaining. I really like it.

This would singlehandedly change the whole market. It should be on video billboards everywhere. I can see it now and animals and humans united forever in an electric revolution.

It will definitely get kids asking "can we get an electric car?" which is great. I love how the car is recycled too.

They Might Be Giants. I agree this is EXACTLY the kind of initiatives we need to promote greener living to our youth. The animation is simply delightful and the message fitting.

I watched this 3 times yesterday and now can't get it out of my head. I've been singing it all morning!

I love this beyond words, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for introducing me to my new favourite song. My children have watched it repeatedly now by choice. They adore it and it's excellent.

I cannot get over this. My 14 month old child loves it, it's better than a lullaby. It's so soothing!!

This tune is cult, I just bought the album after seeing the video around 10 times. Great album.

You're abso right, it is soothing. I love the way the stars light up one by one and then it follows the car, the fishes etc. It's a really artistic video.

I used to love They Might Be Giants when they appeared on Top of the Pops years and years ago for some song about a canary or bird. It was weird but cute. This is so weird too which is just like them. Great to see they're still around and catering to the right audience!

Birdhouse In Your Soul. Classic and weird. Both at the same time.

I'm your only friend
I'm not your only friend
But I'm a little glowing friend
But really I'm not actually your friend
But I am

Blue canary in the outlet by the light switch
Who watches over you
Make a little birdhouse in your soul

Not to put too fine a point on it
Say I'm the only bee in your bonnet
Make a little birdhouse in your soul

That's THE ONE!!! CRAZY!
