North Harrow, in Zone 5, is the only station outside of the central London area to have ever lifted this trophy. James Bond, who works at the station says, "I thank all our passengers from the bottom of my heart for thinking so highly of the service they receive at North Harrow that they felt so strongly as to vote for us again. To win this award once was a wonderful achievement, but to win it twice in successive years feels truly awesome." The two trophies (pictured), representing wins in 2009 and 2010 are now on display at the central window at the North Harrow ticket office.Congratulations to the entire team at North Harrow Station!

Superb achievement and can honestly say I've not seen a more friendly and lovely team at any underground station. They should be rewarded and keep up the excellent work. I hope they are exemplified for all London stations as this kind of service enhances your journey experience and makes you look forward to the journey to work. Love North Harrow station's friendly announcement. Which other station ends every Friday morning announcement with 'Have a good weekend' or 'have a safe trip'? It's these things that have made a difference.
I visited Harrow once in the past few months (Xmas sales) and accidentally got off at North Harrow. I abruptly asked how to get to Harrow on the Hill and got a very friendly and personal reply. I actually felt bad for being abrupt in the first place. I must say I too have enjoyed the service of North Harrow station as the tall bespectacled gentleman who spoke to me really got into the festive spirit. Thanks for making my journey and it's nice to see you get recognized for it.

Just compare North Harrow to Rayners Lane or South Harrow station and it's clear to see these guys go a whole extra mile and then some. Forget central London stations who bark orders at you, these dudes are tops!
