Bar raefali is a model apparently.
Good to see she's willing to get her hands dirty then. I wouldn't pick up someone else's rubbish, it'd only encourage them to leave it next time too.
Best thing to do is to fine people who leave their bottles/bags/food etc as it is a cost to collect them and so you would fine someone if they were leaving and got as far as their car without picking up their trash.
