I was here! It was ace! Cheers
Great photos from a fantastic event. Hope to see more of these in the future.
What a lovely day out! Thank you for the mass bike ride and for the fun at the end of it. It was truly something I felt proud to be a part of and enjoyed thoroughly. I was particularly pleased to have people cheering us on as we arrived. I still can hear the echo of the "Go Harrow" chants!
Damn, I missed it. When's the next one.
Fab ride, wish it lasted longer though! Good snacks and lots of fun especially on the KMXs! Thanks.

I fell off a tandem at the roadshow but loved it. I want more!
Thank you Harrow Council for a great event. I really enjoyed this ride and haven't ridden on the road before. I was scared to because of the cars and didn't go to the London Freewheel because I can't take my bike on the train. I came here being nervous about taknig part but thought I'll back out last minute if I'm too scared. Once I saw how many people were at my start point I felt more confident and did the ride and loved it. I now feel I can ride on the road and am going to sign up for cycle training so I can start cycling as much as I can. Thank you for this event, it has boosted my confidence and make me want to cycle more. I also really liked the bikes on display.
10th picture down, right hand back it's me!
Who's the Brad Pitt lookalike in the green t-shirt?? :-)
Hey Harrow! Great fun day activity, thanks.
I cycle to work every day (that it's not raining)and I'm pro cycling whenever possible. Thanks for this opportunuty.

I have just discovered the blog after seeing your posters up at Harrow Civic and must say it is brilliant. I particularly liked these pictures from the bike ride event, they show a fraction of the fun we had and how much we enjoyed it.
We came, rode and gathered together enjoying Harrow's scenery and snacks on a lovely day and some of us even sang songs and networked later.
A big thank you for organising this and to the representative from the council who was charming, beautiful and obviously knew her stuff. I've also just seen she was at your walking event, thank you for your support and helping highlight these causes.
I read about how bad Harrow is in local newspaper which should be doing the opposite and it's nice to see people like you who are the heart of it all.
Also a very very big thank you to all who I met there, it was extremely heartening to see so many people from all backgrounds and ages all together to highlight a good cause. It was truly representative of true Harrow (and not the crime-ridden, high-rising hell-hole that some local press make it out to be. More positive coverage please, why was this not front page news - Harrow is saving the planet!
Thank you to everyone, lovely pictures and a great blog. Please keep it up.
Varsha Patel,
Harrow
That guy in green is HOT!
We're all green, we're saving the planet ;) So we're all hot!
Will this ride be repeated next year? Is anyone who came to this going to the Freewheel? I hope to see some of you there?
I'm going but it'll be rubbish compared to the Harrow one. Nothing beats local!
Beam me up James! I was at the mass bike ride and want to do another one with a longer route. I also have about 6 friends who want to do it with me, so come on: announce next year's one! I'll wear short shorts!
