As the weather gets hotter and Spring brings clear skies, it’s time to plan for events that could be in your neck of the woods soon.
Some dates for your diaries:

A FREE fitness step test will be available outside the main reception of Harrow Civic Centre between 12 and 2pm for all. Take the step test to learn about your current level of fitness, put some pedal power into blending your own smoothie or sign up to our Walking Works challenge that will encourage you to do the recommended 10,000 steps a day. Come one, come all. Feet first!

I was at your Neighbours event in 2006 with Nicky Whelan about the Move London campaign. it was great fun and worth the trip. Thanks and hope you repeat it soon. I've been walking more since then.
