According to today's Metro newspaper, Beyonce has credited cycling to keeping her bottom in shape. "Ladies in the 1800s knew this and it stands up well today," says the singer. "I swear by it," reports the newspaper.

What a funny quote! I hope it's true she definitely has an extremely attractive figure and everyone knows it. The fact that she attributes some of it to cycling is good news for everyone.
