Harrow launches lunchtime walks for town centre

Harrow’s Business Improvement District launched its first active travel initiative on June 9 2009, with regular lunchtime walks targeting Harrow town centre businesses.

Beyonce's Bike Ride

It's great to see singer Beyonce out on a bike in Dublin, enjoying the weather and getting some great press that comes at the same time as the new Catch Up with the Bicycle campaign.
Apart from cycling, Beyonce has previously stated her keep fit routine includes walking on an incline. Does anyone need further proof that walking and cycling can keep you fit?
