Thank you, once the weather improves I would be interested in taking one these. I have longed for a community walk and this may just be perfect!

Walking is an ideal way to fit in some exercise and relax, I would recommend everyone go for walks regularly, be they led or otherwise. Love your legs people!

Are any of these running over the Bank Holiday weekend? I'd like to try one but only if they're on over the long weekend.

How many people on average are attending these walks and of what ages? I'm 16 and wouldn't want to feel left out or surrounded by too many people who aren't in my age group.

Sara, whatever the age group, you'll enjoy the walk and make new friends. Maybe you can go to a few and start one yourself for younger people?

MMM, not sure a 16 year old would be allowed to lead a walk, but I'd suggest talking to someone at Harrow Council or NHS for guidance and being referred to relevant walks for you.

Tim Fines said...

Point taken Roy, Sara - talk to NHS Harrow if you can about the walks.
